I am a Community Medicine consultant with postgraduate degrees from Sudan and UK. I have a long experience in the area of health research and training. I worked as the director of Research departments at the Ministry of Health and the Public Health Institute in Sudan. I also worked as a technical/research officer at the World Health Organization Office in Sudan. I worked as an assistant professor of community medicine at International University of Africa. I also worked as a trainer and supervisor for postgraduate students at Sudan Medical Specialization Board. Now I participate as a trainer and supervisor for the residents of Saudi Board Fellowship Programme for Preventive Medicine. I have a number of publications and acts as a reviewer for some journals. Currently, I am the head of Health Programmes Section and Research Unit at the Department of Health Programmes and Chronic Diseases, Riyadh Health Affairs, KSA.
