Dr. Manasik Ali (UK)

Manasik Gumah Ali is a Ph.D. researcher in Cancer Immunology at University of East Anglia and University of Cambridge-Cambridge-UK. She is also a first stage researcher and lecturer at Quadram Institute Bioscience- Norwich research park -UK. Her specialises in Colorectal cancer and breast cancer associated gut microbes. She obtained a Master of Science in Cancer immunotherapy field from China pharmaceutical university -Nanjing -China, and a BSC of pharmacy from university of Khartoum in 2017 where she joined the University as a Teacher Assistant in the Pharmaceutical Microbiology Department and part-time intern at their Institute of Endemic Disease . In 2019/2020 she received a honour achievement as a best international student in the Chinese universities. Manasik works as an expert scientific writer at Novartis oncology and some SCI scientific journals like Biomedicine and pharmacotherapy journal IF:6.5.
Manasik is highly enthusiastic with the voluntary work, and public health sector in Sudan. Her main goal is to transfer skills and knowledge to her peers and youth in Sudan who didn’t have the same opportunities.
