Dr Amani Hassan is a consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist. She is also a Fellow of The Royal College of Psychiatrists , London. She was the Training Program Director of Child Psychiatry in Wales Deanery for 3 years following that she became the Chair of the Faculty of Child Psychiatry at the Royal College of Psychiatrists in Wales. She founded and lead the child learning disability psychiatric services in 3 Health Boards in Wales from 2012 till 2019. She has MSc degrees in Medical Law and Clinical Neuropsychiatry. She has an interest in research and teaching.
