Police force surround Doctor mess (Doctor residential building near Khartoum Hospital) earlier today and asked Doctors to emptey the building before 7pm.
Police force is allowing people to leave the mess but only people holding permits from Khartoum hospital are allwoed in.
This move comes after many calls to terminate the strike, Sudan National assembly promised freedom to detained doctors 24 hours after the lift of the strike.
On the other hand doctors are seeking freedom for detained doctors and the full implementation of the agreement signed between the strike committee and the labor Union.
Sudanese Doctors syndicate announced an open strike after the Security forces arrested the head of the strike committee Dr. Ahmed Abuabi and other 5 members of the strike committee earlier this month.
The Sudanese doctors are protesting against low salaries and poor working conditions. They suspended the strike during campaigning for April elections The syndicate and the health ministry had resumed negotiations after the elections, but the doctors on decided to earlier resume strike action till the ministry fulfill it promise.
